Do you take custom designed order ?

 

Yes, we specialise in designing cake toppers and custom signage. We love to create something unique for your special day and make the celebration different! Each single cake topper is designed by our team and fabricated in Australia to meet your needs. Please email hello@xoxodesign.com.au to discuss your ideas with any pic or a little description.

 

 

 

How can I order custom signage?

 

For the small signage you can directly purchase through our website, please send the vector file ( EPS, AI, CDR) to hello@xoxodesign.com.au and from the drop-down menu options regarding size and materials. If you would like us to create a unique design or to do the large signage for you, please get in touch via our contact page or email with your ideas to obtain a custom quote. If you would like the signage painted, please also contact us first.

 

 

 

What is your time frame?

 

All items are made to order. Due to the high volume of orders, there can be up to 2 weeks turn around for cake toppers and 3 weeks for signage before shipping. Please leave the date in checkout section.

 

 

 

Shipping Details

 

All of our products are made to order. Please allow up to three weeks for your order to be completed, before postage.

 

Within Australia our goods are sent via standard post. We use Australia Post for shipping and aim to get there on time. If you require guaranteed service, you can elect to have your goods picked up by your courier. If you need the express post please organize the postage on the following web link.

Please note that XOXO Design cannot be held responsible for postage delays or goods damaged ONCE your order has left our care.

 

International Shipping is available at checkout. Please email to discuss International Shipping. When international shipping is arranged, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees. Please allow up to 30 business days for your order to arrive. Without doing so, we cannot take responsibility for, or trace your parcel, once it has left our care.

 

 

 

Do you accept urgent orders?

 

Yes, if you require an urgent order, please email hello@xoxodesign.com.au with your order details to check if we have the ability to fit you in for an urgent order. Urgent orders are only available within Australia.

 

 

 

Can I pick up my order?

 

Yes, we provide pick up service in our home studio. (Perth, WA only) Please enter the code [ pickuponly ] and there will be no charge for shipping section.

 

 

 

Refunds Policy

 

All items are custom made to order. We do not accept refund and cancellation once the order is placed and paid online so please choose carefully. Once your order has been shipped, we take no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. Should your parcel be lost in transit please contact us for your tracking number so you can follow up with the post provider.

 

The pieces are laser cut. Sometimes there may be slight burn marks or bubbles. This is part of the process and part of the craft.

 

 

Do you provide an artwork proof?

 

Yes, we supply an artwork proof on all custom designs and can adjust the size for you. An artwork proof will not be supplied on standard designs that you purchase.
